Who we are

We’re belfor.io: a Lille-based startup building cybersecurity solutions for IT service providers (MSPs). Our platform helps them train, protect, and advise their clients, mostly SMBs.

Our first product is live with paying customers, mostly in the US. The next solutions will bring more advanced cybersecurity capabilities. We’re incubated at the Campus Cyber Hauts-de-France in Lille and have been selected by the ConnectWise PitchIT program (US), the first French startup ever.

What you’ll do

You’ll own two areas that directly drive product adoption and partner success.

Content creation. You’ll write short-form video scripts on cybersecurity topics: 30 to 60 seconds, designed to change behavior, not lecture. You’ll produce these videos using AI-powered tools, maintain a steady publishing rhythm, and keep quality high. Think TikTok but for cybersec.

Sales enablement and community content. You’ll create the materials that help our team and our MSP partners sell, advise, and stay informed: fact sheets, security briefs, reports, pitch decks, one-pagers. Content that makes MSPs look good in front of their clients and helps them understand the threat landscape.

What we offer

• Salary: 50 000 euros gross annually.
• Equity (BSPCE): you’ll own a piece of what you are building.
• Full remote: work from anywhere in France, we meet a few days a month in Lille. If you’re already in the Lille area, our offices are at the Campus Cyber.

What we need from you

• Fluent English, written and spoken. This is non-negotiable. You’ll write for US audiences daily.
• You can turn features and technologies into stories that speak to our audience, simply and concisely.
• Curious about cybersecurity. You don’t need to be an expert. You need to want to become one.
• Curious about AI tools. You enjoy figuring out new tools and finding ways to work faster with them.

A plus

• Experience with video production tools or AI video generation.
• Familiarity with the Channel and/or cybersecurity market.
